We are looking for "full Time" and "Part Time" contracted labor. Those terms in quotations refer to our standard employment situations. "Full Time" would refer to an open week and weekend schedule, and willingness to work mostly night hours. "Part Time" refers to mostly open week and weekends. Being that we are an entertainment company, we tend to do so on the weekend, although events do occur during the week that we are requested to preform during. 
   
Description of "Contracted Labor"
        We at Innovative Sound and Entertainment work as fairly and closely with our "contract labor". The positions both require the ability to lift on average 150 lbs. As well as your own mode of transportation. <----- "MUST" "Full Time" must have a way or be able to get a way to haul ,safely and securely, sound equipment. Must also be capable of lifting more than 150 lbs. by ones-self "Part Time" must have a way to and from all scheduled events, regardless of location, and time of event. "Part Time" will be sent to events with a "Full Time" in-order to assist in unloading, set up, preforming, and take down. 

       
       These positions are very similar, and may go hand in hand. Pay will be determined upon signing of "Contract Labor Agreement" with Innovative Sound and Entertainment.
